The Food Pantry The Food Pantry needs donations all year long. One of the biggest needs is for peanut butter. Why not bring a jar of peanut butter to church next week? Church Book Discussion Group: Second Tuesday of Each Month at 7:30PM We have a Church Book Discussion Group which meets once a month, usually on the second Tuesday. New members are always welcome. 914-723-1266, Fax: 914-723-1268, The next three-session Bible Study will feature Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. Jesus' words reveal a religion that is different from just doing good deeds. Participants will take a close look at Jesus' sayings on trusting God. The sessions will be held in the Lounge at 7:30 PM on Wednesdays, July 21 - August 4. Absolutely everyone is welcome to attend. The next Men's Breakfast will be Saturday, July 31 at 9AM. The menu is simple (bagels and coffee...), but the friendship is outstanding! This is an excellent way for guys to begin a Saturday! Talk to the church office for more information. Would you like more joy in your life? Has busyness taken over? Are you stressed and easily irritated? A Retreat for Joy will be held on Sunday, July 25 from 2PM to 5:30PM. Pastor Edward will lead the retreat with an emphasis on silent prayer and contemplation. The retreat will begin in our church lounge and also make use of the sanctuary, church gardens and small rooms. There is no cost for the retreat. Everyone is invited.
