We are a congregation in the New York Synod of the Reformed Church in America. Our congegration's mission statement is posted in this web site. Our denominational.Statement of Belief, our statement concerning What we Believe about the Sacraments, and our denominational Mission Statement are posted on the denomination website.

The Reformed Church in America (RCA) is administered by the General Synod Council. The RCA web site contains Reports from the Council as well as the Book of Church Order.

The Reformed Church in America accepts three confessional statements as expressions of its basic beliefs: these are the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Canons of Dort.

The Reformed Church also affirms three creeds that arose in the early church, the Apostles' Creed, the Athanasian Creed, and the Nicene Creed.

In 1978 the Reformed Church approved Our Song of Hope as a contemporary statement of faith in its ministry of witness, teaching, and worship.

The Reformed Church in America is a member of the World Communion of Reformed Churches. The Communion has posted its Constitution, as well as news about the Communion.

The Reformed Church in America maintains affiliations with other Christian Denominations. One document that describes this is the Formula of Agreement between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the Reformed Church in America, and the United Church of Christ. The Reformed Church in America also maintains a denominational partnership with the Christian Reformed Church.

The RCA is also affiliated with the National Council of Churches which provides a news service, and the World Council of Churches which provides access to its libraries and its publications.
